Introduction
This website about fairy tales has been produced by students and their art teacher of the first form of Ulenhofcollege, Doetinchem, The Netherlands. The project is part of the curriculum for a TTO-stream (Content and Language Integrated Learning)
The project aims at
- Creative writing in English, using hyperlinks
- Intelligent use of internet resources
- Skills in design of webpages in which text, image and possibly other media are combined
The buttons with titles of fairy tales on the left lead to pages with students' stories. Each student was given one word of the story to start with. These words link to their work.
"Little Red Riding Hood" was completed in January 2008, "Rumpelstiltskin" and "The Fox and the Crow" in February 2009.
